Here are some general guidelines to help you get started. If your initial approach is successful, we will give you more detailed information about working with us.

What we are looking for

MetArt models are naturally gorgeous, fresh-faced, happy girls. They have an innate sensuality and beauty. New models are always welcome. Work that tells a story or uses an unusual location is a great way to engage with viewers.

We don’t want cliched porn poses, tattoos, piercings, or breast enhancements. Think natural girl next door – no heavy make-up or silly outfits, the model should be in pretty lingerie or the type of clothes she would wear on a date. Our members want to see the model’s natural beauty.

All models MUST be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority where they live (19 in Alabama, Delaware and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi and Puerto Rico). If you work with us, you will be required to provide a copy of government-issued identification establishing the model was eighteen (18) or older at the time of the shooting.

Industry standard video formats are constantly changing so please check here often for updates. For now, we will only accept video submissions shot in:

  • 4K progressive scan footage (3840 x 2160) using 29.97 frame rate at 30,000 mbps.

We favor natural light over studio lighting, to convey the feeling of an intimate portrait of the model. You may also wish to use a large reflector and/or diffuser. Studio lighting can work but we don’t recommend it, as it tends to feel less inviting and doesn’t create the right ambiance. You will also want to shoot handheld, rather than using a tripod, so that you can get closeups and a great variety of flattering angles.

Style

Videos should tell a clear story, with an erotic theme, and convey the model’s personality. We are looking for high-quality erotic art. The person watching the video should sense the model’s erotic thoughts. Starting with the model clothed and having her undress gives more scope for setting a seductive mood. Be creative – don’t just have her in bed, or in the shower.

Good production value is vital! We expect excellent lighting and camera work, without jerky, uncontrolled camera movements and adjustment zooms. Get a white balance on your camera every time you shoot.

Frame the girl properly, she should be your main focus. Remember to get close ups of her face and body parts, as well as full body shots.

Do not talk to the model. Let the viewer feel they are alone with her. If you must instruct the model on what to do, make sure she does not respond to you on camera. No videos of photoshoots, please.

We don’t accept work that contains masturbation, sex toys, or images of men.
