In most instances when a card is declined, we are unable to see the reason. However, sometimes an error message that you see on the screen may help us solve the issue for you.
If you've had a transaction declined, please contact us with the site you were trying to join, the terms of membership (recurring, non-recurring, 30 days, 365 days, etc) and the price of the join you were attempting. We may be able to give you other links to try.
