If you can't login, please make sure you are using the correct username and password, and that you are entering them exactly as shown. Our usernames are
cAsE SeNsItIvE
So if your password has a Capital R, a lowercase r won't work.
If you are copying and pasting the information, please make sure that you are not picking up any empty spaces before or after the logins. That is easy to do, and will cause the login to fail.
If you still can't login, submit a ticket with an explanation of what is happening when you try to login, along with any error messages you may be seeing on the screen.
