Some of you have an extensive collection of favorites, and we understand that you want to keep them in your accounts. If a username changes, it is often possible to migrate favorites from one account to another.
This is not a guaranteed process, so if you want to be sure your favorites stay in place, please contact us prior to any upgrades with details of what you want to do, and current account information.
