If you have a membership, whether regular or trial and you experience a "loop" when trying to log-in where you are redirected to a page asking you to join again, this is a browser-based issue.
One or more of the following actions should solve the issue.
- Clear Cookies
- Try inputting this into the address bar with the appropriate variables in place. This will not work in Internet Explorer. http://username:email@example.com/members/
- Clear Cache
- Clear Stored Passwords
- Depending on your browser use Incognito Mode (CHROME) or New Private Window (SAFARI & FIREFOX) or InPrivate Browsing (Internet Explorer).
