Our Customer Care team is always glad to assist you with any issue you may have. While we do close twice a year to allow our staff to celebrate holidays with their families, someone is on hand every other day of the year to help. We answer support tickets in order of priority. For example, a login issue will take priority over a request asking us to identify a model.
Typically, you can expect a response within 24 hours, though your problem will often be resolved faster. Issues that require escalation to a customer care supervisor or a developer require additional time.
